About Me

Hi, I’m Kate. I work with women who want to take charge of their future by taking charge of their finances. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with years of experience helping individuals define and reach their goals, while breaking down barriers along the way. I have a longstanding fascination with the intersection of mental health and financial behavior and our relationships to possessions. I’m also a mom, recreational crossfitter, and avid reader.

I started She Minds Money because I’m passionate about women’s empowerment, and I believe that women who take control of their money take control of their lives.
